MAKING A PURCHASE
After you have selected your finnies and placed them in your shopping trolley, click on “checkout” and you will be asked for your details so that your order can be processd. We use Stripe as our secure payment system. You can use a credit or debit card.
We will usually have finnies in stock and your order can be packed and posted within 2 working days. If there is an unexpected delay, we will try to contact you to let you know. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail.
CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Once you have placed your order, you will be issued with an order number via email confirmation. Please quote this order number in any further communications.
If you wish to cancel your order, providing it has not already been dispatched, we will simply refund your money. It is important that you notify us as quickly as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order. Please email email@example.com or call us on 07765 163 386. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been dispatched.
If you wish to amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Again this will only be possible if your order has not already been dispatched.
If you are dissatisfied with a product you have purchased it can be returned to us, providing it is not more than 7 days since you received the goods. You will receive a refund for the finnies that have not been opened and will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. If the goods are faulty, or if you received a product that you did not order, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement provided you notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods.
